This group is for all python users in the city of port harcourt. Here is our code of conduct below.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualised images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualised clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualised environment.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified as they'll be wearing branded clothing and/or badges.

Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or

otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.

We expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference-related social events.

Listed below for easy comprehension:

Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, age, race, ethnicity or religion.

Unwelcome comments regarding a person's lifestyle choices and practices, including those related to food, health, parenting, drugs, and employment.

Offensive comments regarding a person's technology choices.

Deliberate misgendering or use of 'dead' or rejected names.

Gratuitous or off-topic sexual images or behaviour in public spaces and/or spaces where they're not appropriate.

Physical contact and simulated physical contact (eg, textual descriptions like "hug" or "backrub") without consent or after a request to stop.

Threats of violence.

Incitement of violence towards any individual, including encouraging a person to commit suicide or to engage in self-harm.

Deliberate intimidation.

Stalking or following.

Harassing photography or recording, including logging online activity for harassment purposes.

Sustained disruption of sessions or other events

Unwelcome sexual attention.

Pattern of inappropriate social contact, such as requesting/assuming inappropriate levels of intimacy with others.

Continued one-on-one communication after requests to cease.

Deliberate "outing" of any aspect of a person's identity without their consent except as necessary to protect vulnerable people from intentional abuse.

Publication of non-harassing private communication.

Consequences :
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the Django web summit organizers may take any action we deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from all our spaces and identification of the participant as a harasser to other community members or the general public.
