Data Dogs – The Cycle of Data


Data Dogs meets the first Monday of every month at the Hawthorne Lucky Labrador (,-122.6563595,15z/data=%214m5%213m4%211s0x0:0xdb6152a73ae2c980%218m2%213d45.5124695%214d-122.6563595) from 6pm – 8pm. Dogs welcome!

Our discussions will be targeted around four distinct areas of the data cycle:

Cycle 1: Data Origins – Sources, generation and ownership

C2: Data Growth – Science, assembly and storage

C3: Data Maturity – Appeal, wisdom and power

C4: Data Destruction – Burial, deletion and ceremony
