This meetup group is meant to explore thoughts, fears, beliefs and assumptions about living into dying. This lightly moderated group is led by an experienced interfaith, non-religious hospice chaplain, grief counselor and end of life educator. The assumption is that ALL have meaningful insights to contribute to the group. We might discuss, in circle format with wine and cheese, topics such as: fear of dying, life after death, what is a "good death?," sexuality near end of life, preparing for death, medical aid in dying, near death experiences, how to use death as an ally to inform our conscious living, philosophy and spirituality. Requirements for discussion are simple: respect for others.
