What we're about
Welcome to our website. We're an independent chapter of the national Depression Bipolar Support Alliance (www.dbsalliance.org.) We have two peer mental health support groups for adults (thanks to the determination and dedication of our members to our communities): DBSA Portland Eastside and DBSA Portland LGBTQ.
If you come to any of our meetings, you'll meet people living with depression, bipolar disorder (aka manic depression), schizo-affective, anxiety, PTSD and other mental health challenges.
Looking for a drop in support group for family members, partners, parents or friends of a person living with a mental health challenge? Contact your local NAMI affiliate (NAMI Multnomah County 503-228-5692) for Family Drop in Support groups.
Looking for specific details about our meetings? Join our group and the next meeting will be on our home page.
Looking for a flyer of most of the peer mental health support groups in the Portland metro area? Please join our Group and go to Pages to download a listing!
We've been there ... we want to support you! Hope to see you soon!
