Monthly Meeting -- Presentations of Elixir, Erlang and related technologies

This month, Jesse Cooke (@jc00ke) will give his initial impressions of `LiveView` and an experience report of replacing a typical JS widget with `LiveView`.

The monthly meeting is the primary event offered by Elixir PDX. It includes presentations given by local and remote Elixir and Erlang presenters.
