Portland JavaScript Admirers' Monthly Meeting
Hey, thanks to an earlier Thanksgiving, we can get away with our regular 4th Wednesday Meetup without stepping on holiday plans, so let's do it! Note: this will be our last Meetup of the year. Benjamin Herson will present on Implicit Coercion in JavaScript. We'll take a deep dive into what it means for JavaScript to be dynamically typed, and what's really happening when your types don't match. Plus, we'll be bidding long-time co-organizer Jim Kogler a fond farewell. Don't miss his last Meetup with us (and maybe bring a tissue). If you're interested in becoming part of the co-organizing team, stick around because after the talk we'll have a quick pow-wow for the new team... Did you know we have a code of conduct? Well, we do! We're official like that. Check it out: http://pdxjs.com/code-of-conduct/
