Never quite managed to get here? This would be the perfect time! Each month on the first Sunday, we welcome anyone who would like to get a bit more comfortable with Portland Insight Meditation Community, meditation, and what we do here.

Come and join us in our Living Room for an informal discussion. Stay for guided meditation at 10, Dharma Talk at 11, and hospitality at noon, or simply come for an hour to find out more about who we are.
