Powerwalking for fitness, health and fun.
I am excited to start Positively Active's first Powerwalking Group in Montreal West. We will begin with some warm up exercises, powerwalk for 45 minutes and end with 15 minutes of exercises to help build strength and improve balance to be awesome Powerwalkers. To ensure this event is fun and safe, please dress appropriately. Dress in comfortable workout clothes, wear supportive shoes, (trainers) and bring water. I look forward to powerwalking and enjoying the Montreal West neighbourhood. Stay active and anything is possible. This is a group for anyone interested in walking for fitness, weight loss and overall health. As a Personal Trainer and Powerwalking Coach, I started this group to help individuals reach their fitness goals while having fun in a social outdoor environment. Looking forward to walking the outdoors with everybody!
