These Holistic well-being sessions/workshops will combine some yoga movements, group coaching, Mindfulness practices, topics and interventions from the field of Positive psychology.

Chair Yoga - Simple Chair based movements and stretching exercises and breathing techniques suitable for all levels - Good for releasing muscular stresses from the body.

Positive Psychology /group coaching - Activities, Interventions, discussions, talks based on Positive psychology and evidence based research. Practical tools and tips to take away and apply.

Mindfulness and Mediation - Short guided meditation or mindfulness exercise - Good for Calming or focusing the mind

Sessions are conducted by Reena.

Reena is a Positive Psychology practitioner (MSc MAPP), a qualified individual and group coach, Yoga instructor and an artist. She specializes in Mindfulness and Existential coaching.

She manages her portfolio career by applying themes from positive psychology, coaching and Yoga in her writing and mind and body practice. She works with individuals as well as organisations at all levels to facilitate positive growth.She is actively involved with assisting charities in creating programs that enable positive change. She is awaiting publication of her first book. Clock versus Compass, Art of positive Balance.
