A. The answer is plain: we learn to accept what happened and let go of the damaging emotions that accompany the trauma such as blaming, anger, guilt, and shame.
B. This process we understand will likely be incomplete but may surface from time to time. After all, there are so many reminders:
1. Anniversaries of the abortion.
2. Places and people.
3. Seeing babies and small children.
4. Any other items to add to this list:
