What we're about

This is a peer run, non-judgemental support group for women processing feelings from a recent abortion(s) or one(s) from many years ago. We provide a safe confidential space where we can share our stories and feelings with each other without judgement. Our focus is self-forgiveness and celebrating who we are right now. We use mindfulness techniques and art therapy activities to help release feelings that may be holding us back from being the best version of ourselves.
