Summer is upon us and we all want to look and feel our best, right?
The format of this session is a group discussion, rather than the usual presentation-style talks. Lots of Q and A! Don’t miss this opportunity to get some FREE one-on-one coaching!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
If you have specific goals for weight loss or health and wellness and do better when you have a supportive group then you would definitely benefit from this.
THE AGENDA:
This will be a loose agenda directed by the health goals of you and the other members of the group.
This is the first in a series of support group meetings.
WHY:
Let’s face it: Getting support from a group is far more effective than going it alone.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring a notebook, pen and your enthusiasm. :-)

Door will close at 7:00 PM ~ No late-comers, please!
Limit of 6 people in the room (library fire rules).
If you want to bring a friend, please have them join the group and RSVP.
