Beginner: Just starting out
- Thursdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Prime: Ready for a bit more

Thursday & Saturday - Beginner – This one hour class is a great place for those with little dance experience or if it's been a while since you've danced. We warm up with stretches and technique exercises. Then we learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
Wednesday & Friday – One hour, 15 Minutes.
This class is for dancers who have the basics down and are ready for a bit more movement and technique. The first 50 minutes includes cardio work and muscle strengthening exercises. Then we learn a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three classes.
