We host this event monthly, and periodically show a movie or invite a speaker or plant based chef. Meet other likeminded people who are interested in adding more nutrients to their diet, making long lasting changes to regain their health! Let's share recipes, tips and help motivate each other.
Cooking a plant-based dish can taste delicious. Bring a completely plant based dish to share with 8 people. Please NO animal products, and cooked with very little or no oil or salt. Include some copies of the recipe. (check the upcoming event to see if you need to bring a dish this time, it is not always necessary)
Everyone welcome! Spread the word - this is a community-based event. Invite your friends & family (you do NOT have to be strictly plant based - just have a curiosity to learn more about plant based dishes).
We have moved from Barrington to Providence. We have a strong core of motivated, knowledgeable plant based members who would love to support and inspire you (and be inspired!), wherever you are on this journey.
