We are happy to be back with our regular contemplative meditation sits. Please join us via Zoom. There will be a short orientation, prayer and then we will sit for 20 minutes. You may use centering prayer or any silent prayer you wish.

I suggest you use headphones, be in a quiet isolated room, with the lights low. Please keep your microphones on mute until the sit is over. We will then have a free form discussion.
