What we're about

Are you looking to:
- Make Sense of the world?
- Regain Balance?
- Feel in Control in your life?

We are a diverse group of interested individuals of all age groups seeking to understand ourselves and our relationship with the world better. We are looking to make the philosophical traditions practical in our busy and often challenging lives.

Each term consists of ten interactive non-academic group meetings, with practical exercises and feedback based on our own experiences during the week.

Sessions are based on the philosophy of Advaita, non-duality, drawing on the wisdom of East and West, as found in Bhagavad Gita, Plato, Shakespeare, and others.

The next courses take place during the evenings in
Reading on Tuesdays starting 1st May 2018
Maidenhead on Tuesdays starting 1st May 2018
Slough on Thursdays starting 3rd May 2018

Starting time is 7:30pm. The sessions last 2 hours, including a short break.

Fee £75 for the 10 session term.

Registration for course starting on 1st May is now open.
