Enjoy singing songs in all styles with a great bunch of people, improve your singing, and then join us for a drink in a trendy Primrose Hill pub. At the end of each term experience the excitement of performing in venues such as the Roundhouse, V&A museum, South Bank Centre and Camden market. This term we will be singing an old English drinking song, Do You Want To Build a Snowman from Frozen and classics by Bach and Franck (Panis Angelicus), followed by Christmas favourites later in the term. We meet every Monday during term-time (the autumn term is from 3rd September to 3rd December),[masked]pm, at the Primrose Hill Community Centre, 29 Hopkinsons Place, London NW1 8TN. The charge is £6 on the door, though only £4 per week if you pay for the remaining weeks of term. For further details and to hear us singing check out www.primrosehillchoirs.com. We have fifty enthusiastic singers, of all ages and abilities. Help is provided with singing technique and reading music by the prize-winning conductor Matthew Watts, "the Gareth Malone of Primrose Hill" (Hampstead & Highgate Express), and we post harmonies on soundcloud to help you learn. For those who want to take their singing to the next level we run a twelve-voice auditioned group, the Primrose Hill Singers. And for any children who love to sing, there is the Primrose Hill Children’s Choir. See primrosehillchoirs.com for details and get in touch. We look forward to meeting you!
