What we’re about
This group was called "Princeton Abbey" but there were not many community events held on the grounds any longer so as organizer and adventurer I thought we might like to explore the other sacred places NJ has to offer. NJ has many beautiful hidden sacred places, join me in exploring them. Who is with me?

Sacred NJ: Princeton Buddhist Meditation Group Hosts Anam Thubten 2 day Retreat
Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Princeton , 50 Cherry Hill Rd, Princeton, NJ, USDear Solo Adventurers- I will not be able to attend, but I cannot stress how wonderful this teacher and organization are. All are welcome!
There are three important aspects of meditation: mindful attention, open awareness and lovingkindness. By practicing these, we can let go of negative mental patterns and expand our heart and mind, engendering peace, inner freedom, and joy. Anam Thubten will guide participants in developing these three aspects of meditation and share Buddhist wisdom on working with our thoughts and emotions.
