This meetup group is for those who enjoy fine dining and like to share the pleasure with others who enjoy the same! Great food, stimulating conversation, new friends and possibly a good wine to enhance the experience! Life is short – food is good! There are so many outstanding restaurants in the Princeton area such as Rats, The Peacock Inn, Agricola and Mistral. And although Princeton could keep this group busy, I do see us occasionally branching out to Philadelphia and New York, two of the most sensational restaurant cities in the United States. Is there a new “star” chef you heard about and wanted to try, a Michelin Star restaurant you have always wanted to dine at or possibly visit the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) for the day? The possibilities are endless and suggestions are much appreciated. The dinners range from $50 to over $100, depending on what you order. Tip and tax add 30% to your individual bill. Please sign up for a meetup only if you are willing to make the commitment. The monthly meetups will be limited to 6 to 12 members depending on the restaurant. (So sign up early) Reservations in a fine dining restaurant cannot always be changed easily or be adjusted to a smaller table on a short notice. Members who reserve a spot and cancel close to the date for a second time will be removed. I’m looking forward to great food experiences with new friends. Bon Appétit!

NOTE: This fabulous dining experience requires a $10 per person deposit to make a reservation. As soon as I receive your deposit you will be moved to going and I will make the reservation once I have 8-10 people. One of our members pointed out this "culinary center" and it truly looks amazing (and it's in our back yard). Their Chef, David Viana, has garnered numerous awards, including the James Beard "Best Chef in the Mid-Atlantic in 2018". After cooking with world-class chefs, including Bobby Flay, Anthony Bucco, and Michael White, and sharpening his skills in world-class kitchens such as Eleven Madison Park, and Two Star Michelin restaurant Villa Joya in Portugal, Chef Viana received distinguished recognition as the Executive Chef at The Kitchen at Grove Station, receiving three stars from the New York Times who described his dishes as “magical” and “hypnotizing.” At Heirloom Kitchen, Chef Viana continues to impress, receiving three-and-a-half stars from The Star-Ledger within weeks of joining the team. Chef Viana is currently competing on TopChef on Bravo. Farm Table They have a a 10ft table that will sit up to 12 people different sides of the table.. Their three-course prix fix is priced at $75 per person + tax. Their five-course Chef Tasting is offered at $99 per person + tax. Gratuity is not included. The restaurant is BYOB but they do offer bottles of wine for sale. DEPOSIT: The $10 deposit secures your booking and is fully applied to your bill. The deposit is non refundable. Several years back we went Bouley for their 5 course tasting menu. It was one of those perfect fine dining experiences, pampered and spoiled with exquisite food. I remember how much we all loved it. I was sad to see that Chef David Bouley was closing down the restaurant and opening a cooking school and catering establishment. Happy to say that the restaurant is now open again under the name Bouley at Home and it looks better than ever. Zagat says "Bouley’ “ is an “icon of fine dining”, where the “masterful” French cuisine is “a revelation” brought on by an “exemplary” staff in a “gorgeous formal” setting (jackets are required); Bouley was chosen as the best fine dining restaurant in the US by Trip Advisor and they currently have a Michelin Star.
