We experience everything in the light of awareness. This awareness, which is our true infinite nature, can be identified and explored through meditation.
At this meetup we explore ways of identifying and exploring our own awareness through breathing exercises and yoga. We also look at the ways in which meditation, breathing and yoga can be used as a holistic therapy to prevent and treat lifestyle related diseases. Here we also explore the possibility of how yoga and meditation can be applied to beat work stress and improve performance at work by cultivating focus and restoring vital force. The meetup is designed taking in to consideration the health and capacity of participants. Whether you are healthy or unhealthy, you can join us to improve your life and live it through a higher disposition. At this meetup participants will be guided through breathing exercises and focus of awareness in order to explore ways for deepening meditation, relaxation, and exercising vital force. Participants may also attend to listen to discourse and ask their queries.
If possible, please do not eat anything 3 hours before the session.
Parking is available. Please bring your own yoga mat and pillow (if you have). Session is free to participate however, we accept minimum donation of $5. Donation is not compulsory.
