Meet with old friends and make some new ones
Come join us on the 3rd Tuesday of every month for our General Meeting (September to April). Our September, October and November Meetings will be held at the Rocky Hill Inn 137 Washington St, Corner of Princeton Ave in Rocky Hill, NJ. We meet upstairs at 7pm. . Come early and grab dinner before the meeting. The RHI has terrific burgers and a wide variety of IPA beer. All are welcome to attend, members, not-yet members, Have you walked through Princeton's Central Park lately? Perhaps you enjoy Woodfield Reservation, the Institute Woods, or a stroll along the Stony Brook. These and other prime walking locations are described and photographed in Sophia Glovier's book, Walk the Trails In and Around Princeton. If a town walk is more to your liking, Hopewell Borough and Lambertville are two of the town walks identified as scenic, historic, and educational. A graduate of Princeton University, Sophia Govier works with local non-profits such as the D&R Greenway Land Trust and Friends of Princeton Open Space to preserve and steward the open space in and around Princeton. She will highlight the special reason for walking each trail (the why) and perhaps give us valuable hints on where to enjoy the beautiful Fall colors
