Executive Bio Summary:
Matt Wasserman is an ex-corporate Innovation & Sustainability executive who now spends his time trying to solve some of the world’s bigger environmental problems. He is currently involved in two major projects… creating Princeton’s first Climate Action Plan that would be a blueprint for other towns in NJ and developing a replicable solution to the national food waste crisis. Both require significant behavior change and it is certain that technology, especially vis a vis smart phones, could play an important role in the success of each. We’ve even considered an app that helps you answer the question “Which bin does this go in?”. I would love to explore the ideas and solutions the tech community could bring to help change the behavior of a town.
