Work chat - discussing careers as a college/ESL teacher

Come have a drink and discussion with teachers and interested individuals. It's a good chance to network with different teachers at various schools. We are planning to discuss different ESL schools and college workplaces to find out more about what it's like to work there. Many of us have chosen this as a career, so we want to learn more about how to be financially successful and stable. Many of my colleagues work in ESL schools, and I'm interested in learning what working conditions are like in private colleges, so that it one of the themes.
