Besides supporting the largest recreational cycling club in Reno-Tahoe, club members enjoy insurance on all club rides and members-only special events (Hooray for Spring, Mormon Station annual picnic, Mt. Rose Challenge, Holiday Party, and more). Visit our new website at pedalers.org.
E-Bikes: All but Class 2 E-bikes are welcome. Ride leaders may not be equipped to handle mechanical issues so have a backup plan.

Arrowcreek and Caughlin
Bartley Ranch Regional Park, 6000 Bartley Ranch Road, Reno, NV, USWe collect at 9:45am and sign in and prepare and ride at 10am. Ride is a little early due to other commitments later in the day. The ride starts at the Bartley Ranch Regional Park.
This ride has options because we pass through the start again at mile 24. Hence you can go for 24 miles or 41 miles.
The first part of the ride is an Arrowcreek ride which follows a fairly common course. The second loop goes to the very top of Caughlin Ranch and I've never put this on a club ride. I usually just pass over the top of Caughlin Ranch on Caughlin Parkway but here we take a diversion up Village Green, Pine Haven and Sierra Pines to the highest point above Caughlin Ranch.
Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/43008675
Rating: C+,B, 41 miles, 3431 fet of elevation gain
if one takes the shorter option and drops off as we pass through the start again one gets 24 miles and 2100 feet of elevation gain
NOTE: Check posting 2 hours before ride time for weather-related and other changes. Helmets are required and bikes should be in good working order. Please no ear buds or headphones. Be prepared with a spare tube and pump. Class 2 E-Bikes are not permitted.

Chico Wildflower Century - NON-PEDALER EVENT
Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, Chico, California, Chico, Ca, USThe Chico Wildflower ride has a date for 2026: Sunday April 26. Early check-in and party (food trucks, music, etc) on Saturday April 25. Hopefully the weather will be nicer than the 2025 version! As in previous iterations, there are routes from 12->125 miles of varying difficulty. Visit the Wildflower web site for all the details and to register.
Early registration takes place until December 31, 2025 if you want to save $10 on the rather high fee! Camping out at the Silver Dollar fairgrounds is available, as are numerous motels. If you're going to motel it, get your reservation done early.
I'll be there early (Friday April 24), so if anyone is up for a hike in Bidwell Park and/or breakfast on Saturday, lunch on Friday, or early check-in on Saturday, start a conversation here.2 attendees
