Tailwinds Tuesdays; C+ Level

Details

Tailwinds are Us???? This is the standard Tuesday night ride.

We will take advantage of the new routes opened-up by the SE Connector bike path and do a tour around Hidden Valley. It will be hot, so bring plenty of water!

Tim will be leading the ride this season and Mary Beth will handling sweep. Our routes change every week. We may ride to Damonte, Hidden Valley, Galena, or crawl up the hills of Caughlin. It's always an adventure. Distances vary along with the amount of climbing. I will try to let you know the general description the week of the ride.

Here is the Mandatory Stuff!!!!

Unless the ride is posted “no drop,” you will be expected to maintain the pace set as stated in the ride description.

It is important to confirm your ability to do this ride. Review the map/route sheet provided, and the ride rating as stated in the Ride Rating Sheet (http://www.pedalers.org/RideRatingSheet2017.pdf). If you have questions contact the ride host.

Please RSVP only if you ARE attending.

Helmets are required and bikes should be in good working order. Please no earbuds or headphones.

If you have any questions about what a group ride with the Procrastinating Pedalers entails, please refer to our Ride Etiquette Sheet (http://www.pedalers.org/PP_Group_Ride_Etiquette.pdf).

The ride leaves at the posted time. Please be signed in and ready to ride five minutes before that time.

Check the Meetup posting a couple of hours before the ride, to make sure that there are no changes.

The Procrastinating Pedalers welcome E-bikes on our rides. (Class 1,2 and 3) However, it is important to make sure that you, and the bike, are capable of doing the ride that you select. Review the ride description, the map/route sheet, or contact the ride host, for information about the ride.
