Bio:
Florian loves building, design, technology and bringing ideas to life. He is a software and media engineer by education but also worked in multiple other disciplines and industries over the past 10 years. Starting off in the advertising industry at St. Elmos, he went on working as a consultant and head of online operations at Roland Berger. But always loving games and building things in a creative and innovative environment he is now a model builder and kids experience designer at LEGO, being responsible for designing new products and elements as well as finding and testing untapped markets with new fun products ideas.

Bio: Karthik has worked in the Insurance & Fintech industries for the past 15 years. At CrossLend, he works with the Product Team to build a digital debt marketplace that provides flexible, transparent real-time capital markets access for institutional investors and originators. Since building all this is hard work, he likes to balance it out by playing games with his team, driven by his singular motto “having fun is serious business”

Christoph Ernst Mille
Title: „Daiichi Dash - the Long Search for Fun“
Bio:
called Mille by everyone since childhood.
He studied Visual Communication at Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee, New Media at Tokyo University of Arts and Art University Tallinn.
In the last years, Mille did UX design, conceptual design, illustration, scriptwriting, graphics and game design for a variety of companies from drone photogrammetric software, energy consumption measuring, VR- and AR-tools, a feature movie over documentaries and the Panono 360° camera.
