Product Roundtable @ Beit Ariela

After two successful meetup pilots, we're opening our doors to ALL the Product Managers with at least 2 years of experience in Israel!

Product Roundtable brings PMs together to share knowledge and experience, to consult, brainstorm, deliberate, debate, and most importantly help one another.
The goals is simple - to make less mistakes and improve as PMs.

THE FORMAT
We'll split up into groups of ~5 to have meaningful and insightful conversations, to help each and every one of us grow and improve, and to learn from each other's mistakes.
Taking turns, each participant gets ~15 minutes to:

1. Present a challenge/topic with the rest of the PMs around the table.
2. Hold an active conversation about that topic.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
Think of 2 topics you'd like to "bring to the table" (pun intended), and get your fellow products leaders' perspective on.

A few examples:

• "I am a PM in an early stage startup, customers aren't signing up, what am I doing wrong?"
• "I am a PM in a post-IPO company, I am on a team of 8 PMs, and am having a hard time getting everyone's "buy-in" of my ideas. What am I don't wrong?"
• "I'm trying to move from being a PM in B2B to B2C, what would you recommend I do?"
• "R&D keep doing whatever they want. How can I gain their trust?"
• "Sales keep bugging me with questions. What can I do to focus on the strategic instead of the tactic?"

Beit Ariela have graciously let us use their lovely renovated spaces. Unfortunately, it is limited to 65 people, SO MAKE SURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME! First come, first served.

19:30-19:45 We'll gather outside Beit Ariela, in the square common to the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, also known as "Gan Hapsalim".
19:45-21:30 We'll enter Beit Ariela, split up into groups, and begin.
