Meet the Speaker: Marcelo Melo

Over twelve years of experience managing digital products for some of the largest media, retail and service companies in Latin America and Europe. I have multidisciplinary knowledge in digital product development; Growth; user experience; digital signatures; digital payments; e-commerce operation; digital communication on different channels; digital marketing. Team management specialist in the digital environment, in the product and marketing areas, leading engineering, design, UX, marketing, content and service professionals. Experience with agile methodologies, I have certification as Product Owner and Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance, and in Lean Kanban practices by Lean Kanban University. I am currently Product Manager of Farfetch's Comms and CRM teams (the largest luxury fashion marketplace in the world), I am responsible for the product strategy of the company's transactional and promotional communication platforms.
