Lean startup expert Steve Strauch, Sibyl Edwards of DC Web Women, John Roberts of Philomathia Group, Danielle Coleman of Dr. First, and Emil Mladenov of Dr. First, will mentor about how to be good leaders and skillfully navigate politics and power struggles in the office. Some questions they will address include: How do I defend my team from politics or layoffs, and against being lost in the "red ocean"? Or, what happens when your feature is successful, everyone wants to take credit, and suddenly there are too many voices in prioritization? More questions welcome!
