So, You’ve Got a Product Vision...Now What?

Details
Ok, Product Owners - let’s say you’ve got a strong vision for a new product and need to translate that vision into something concrete that your team can build. How do you do that in a way that surfaces the best ideas and leverages the collective wisdom of the group? How do you keep everyone engaged in the process from team members to stakeholders, User Experience Designers and even clients and end users? And how do you do this without spending weeks locked in meetings hashing out the needs of every stakeholder group?
User Story Mapping is a technique that you can use to quickly bridge these gaps in a fun, interactive way that engages your whole team and stakeholder community.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to facilitate a User Story Mapping session by experiencing it. Our intention is that you’ll leave this session ready to facilitate User Story Mapping sessions with your teams the very next day.
