Product/market Fit is a popular term today, and there are many ways to define it. Is it a “repeatable sales play”; a use case that be sold by your sales team over and over? How do you define it? The holy grail of product management for anyone starting in product management is figuring out “product/market fit”. When you have it, every other role in product management seems less daunting; when you’re searching for it, it’s race against the clock (and money) to get to the right combination.
