☞ JOBS TO BE DONE FRAMEWORK

Marko Jevtic, Executive Producer @ Nordeus
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jevtic

How much do you really know your customers and competition? In this session, we'll talk about the Jobs To Be Done framework and how you can use it to make your marketing more effective and innovate more successfully. When we buy a product, we essentially “hire” it to help us do a job. If it does the job well, the next time we’re confronted with the same job, we tend to hire that product again. And if it does a crummy job, we “fire” it and look for an alternative. This concept of Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) was popularised by Harvard Business Professor, Clayton Christensen (the same dude behind The Innovator’s Dilemma) in a 2007 MIT Sloan Management Review Article: https://sloanreview.mit.edu/article/finding-the-right-job-for-your-product/
