Great news for everyone on the waiting list: Zalando found another location for us such that we can let 170 Product People in. Thanks to Zalando!

Continuous delivery and continuous integration helped product teams to ship their products faster and and more reliable from a technical persepctive. But it does not assure to produce the best outcome and create great business results. This is why the best product teams nowadays go a step further and make continious discovery part of their product development process. This often means continiously identifying backlog items and validating them as soon as possible with suitable methods. Often in a dual-track agile environment. As good as this sounds in practice it is often harder to implement than one might initially think...

Join us and the following speakers when they share their experience about product discovery and what it really takes to go beyond scrum & kanban to make continious discovery a working routine.
