This month, we are lucky and excited to be getting a preview of a talk that is destined for a much larger stage at a conference in the spring.
Our speaker, Randy Silver (https://www.linkedin.com/in/randysilver/) is currently Head of Product at Sainsbury's, based in London. He's also recovering music journalist & editor, Randy Silver has been working as an interactive producer & product manager across the US & UK for nearly 20 years. (Yikes!) Randy will deliver a talk titled "Gods, Super Heroes & Product Managers. One of 2017's top articles on Mind the Product was Martin Eriksson's "Product Managers – You Are Not the CEO of Anything." Randy Silver dives a bit deeper on this topic, exploring the proper role and mindset for anyone seeking a successful career in product.
