Product Management in an Agile Environment
Aaron Kopel (, @aakopel) will be leading a discussion on product management in an Agile environment at the January Product Tank. Aaron discovered Agile and Scrum while founding two tech startups in the 2000’s. He discovered that his personal philosophy and mindset for collaborative execution were closely aligned to Lean, Agile and Scrum and began to coach and train others on how to work this way. Ever since then Aaron has been a consultant, coach and trainer helping individuals and large companies focus on customer value, adaptation, teamwork, and transformation to an Agile mindset. While some of us use Agile processes, many of us work in an "Agile" environment (quotes intentional) and others may be looking for a way to moving away from planned processes. Please comment with your questions and challenges or bring them to the meetup and take advantage of this opportunity to network and learn from Aaron and your peers. Aaron is the founder and CEO of Project Brilliant (, LLC, an Indianapolis, IN based consulting firm specializing in Agile training, coaching and transformation. He holds a BA from Wartburg College (Waverly, IA) with a double major in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, and a MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He also holds numerous industry certifications such as CST, CEC, CAL, CSM, CSPO, CSP, SAFe SPC4, PMI-ACP, PMP, CLP (Certified LeSS Practitioner), and is a Candidate LeSS Trainer. Our gracious host, Gaslight, will be providing drinks and snacks.
