ProductTank October
Details
*Please note the change of venue*
We are super excited to have Matt LeMay with us for ProductTank October! He gave a fantastic keynote at the Mind the Product conference in June and we're really lucky to have him join us in Manchester. Code Computerlove are kindly hosting us in their Manchester office and there will of course be the normal food and drinks provisions and plenty of opportunity to chat with your product tribe.
Matt is sharing his talk "Clarity over comfort: better communication for Product Managers" with a talk and Q&A session.
Product managers live or die by their communications skills. But how do we actually improve those skills, not just for ourselves but for our teams and our organizations as well? In this talk, product leader and Product Management in Practice author Matt LeMay identifies immediate, accessible steps that product people across industries and titles can use to bring clarity and purpose to their teams. We'll discuss why "good communication" means so much more than "using fancy words and making fancy presentations", and why the most important questions for product managers to ask can be equal parts obvious and dangerous. Get ready for an open, opinionated, and vulnerable conversation about open, opinionated, and vulnerable conversations!
