It's often remarked that product management can be a lonely job. But rather than battling on solo, Niamh has learned how to harness the power of her company's Customer Success team to help her along the way.

She'll be telling stories from Voxpopme's growth, sharing lessons she learnt along the way and presenting a process we can all take away and try out.

Niamh Jones is a Product Manager at Voxpopme, a video insight platform and one of the UK's most successful startups. In the last five years, Niamh has worked internationally at Voxpopme to grow the company, processes, and platform. Most recently, she's worked to leverage Natural Language Processing to bring automated analysis to video data, facilitating instantly available and scalable understanding of qualitative research.

Peter Rylands has worked in Product for about 3 years. Starting as a Documentation Manager back in 2015 straight out of uni, he then got inducted to the dark arts of Product Marketing as he looked for a bit more work. That inquisitive foray has now lead to him being a Product Manager, having worked for a global email marketing SaaS company, and now working for OxTS – an inertial navigation & GNSS tech company.
