To kick off 2022, we're excited to announce that Anna Buldakova will be our next guest speaker.

Anna Buldakova is a co-founder and CEO of Vektor AI, a platform that helps people find mentors in tech. Previously, she was a Product Management Lead at Workplace by Facebook where she was supporting 6 teams working on the core product experience, and a Product Manager at Intercom, Yandex and various startups. Anna is also a product advisor for companies developing AI products.

Experimentation can be a game-changer for product innovation as proven by research again and again. However, many companies still struggle to fully embrace it and make it a part of the product development routine. Why? The culprit is usually the culture misfit: organisational values not being aligned with the values promoted by experimentation. In this talk Anna will share her experience on 5 key areas where experimentation can help uncover unhealthy trends in the org, and how to fix it.

We have allowed two hours for this session, including a 20 minute talk, 10-15 minutes Q&A with Anna, and plenty of time to network and discuss the topic with other attendees.
