Learning from experience - a practical guide to PM'ing

No one is born knowing how to PM. Schools don't teach PM. Books and courses can help a lot, but often experience is the best teacher. This interactive talk will share learnings on PM topics such as how to prioritize roadmap and build strategy, how to be more metrics oriented and data-driven, how to maximize personal efficiency, and how to work the organization both horizontally and vertically.

Jay Judkowitz is the VP of PM for Clearpath Robotics' OTTO Motors division. Jay is a 16 year PM veteran with experiences in companies big and small, successful and failed. Before OTTO, Jay had long tenures in product at VMware and Google Cloud. For most of his career, Jay was based in Silicon Valley and he's been in Kitchener, Ontario since 2017.
