ProductTank September - Internal Product Development

Details
Internal Product Development
Naturally, we often focus on products that are being built for our end users. However behind the scenes we can see some of the most innovative, complex and effective products being developed today. So in this session we're going to look at some great products that have been built for internal audiences and how we can all go about working more effectively with our own organisation.
Claire Parker - Senior Product Manager at the Financial Times

https://twitter.com/clairep87?lang=en
Claire will give us a talk that describes how the FT first started building internal tools, such as their editorial system, using a product development approach. She'll cover how this has grown over the years and how they are now even helping other companies build theirs.
Anna Miedzianowska - Head of Product at Ocado Technology

https://www.linkedin.com/in/ankamiedzianka/
Ocado have invested heavily in their suite of products across the business. Anna will take us through the technology behind their award winning customer experience - including how they made the decision to bring both software and hardware development in house.
Lucia Adams - Digital Transformation and Business Change expert
https://www.linkedin.com/in/luciaadams/
https://twitter.com/lucia_adams
Developing influence across an organisation allows you to drive products - and transformation - forward. Lucia will talk about examples and learning from her own experience (including all the times she got it wrong) and then describe a framework she's been developing as a 'transformation engine' to accelerate change.
