About the topic
Product Validation Streams: Bringing multi-disciplinary product discovery into your practice
Mikkel Lunding, Senior Product Strategist at Connected, will share a real-world example of how to de-risk product development through hypothesis-driven validation and product experimentation. The story will focus on the initial phases of Connected's product discovery work with its client Bose. The process led to increased strategic confidence, which empowered the Bose team to derisk their innovation efforts and invest in building a mature product.
This interactive online session will dive into specific examples of work done in the product discovery process and will touch upon how the product concept was tested and evaluated through the four product risks: desirability, viability, feasibility, and usability.
The final outcome of the project was a thorough product strategy and a clear path to market for the final product.
Following the presentation, Pelham Norville, Senior Director Category Management & Strategy, Bose Automotive Division, and Ilissa Bruser, Manager, Corporate Incubation at Bose will join Mikkel and Kyle Lubieniecki on a panel to share their challenges and learnings from this process and to answer questions from the audience.
