SPEAKER BIO:
Courtney Small is the Sustainability Manager at Etsy. She has more than 10 years experience working with legacy to growth-stage brands, both in-house and within agencies, to create ESG programs and communications strategies for companies. Courtney is the co-host of the climate change podcast, The Environmental Breakdown, and has an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. She is also on the emerging leaders board of the New York League of Conservation Voters and was on the 2017 GreenBiz 30 Under 30.
