22 days trip - (1st - 22nd May 2025)
Trekking around Annapurnas, Tilicho Lake and optional Mt Chulu Far East peak climbing
Day-to-Day Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu-Transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Permit issue, preparation,
Day 03: Drive to Besisahar (760m-6/7 Hrs.); lodge.
Day 04: Jeep drive to Dharapani (1650m-5 Hrs.); lodge.
Day 05: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2670m-5 Hrs.); lodge.
Day 06: Trek from Chame to Lower Pisang (3200m-6 Hrs.); lodge.
Day 07: Trek from Lower Pisang to Ngawal (3660m-5 Hrs.);lodge.
Day 08: Trek from Ngawal to Yak Kharka (3840m-5 Hrs.); teahouse.
Day 09: Trek from Yak Kharka to Chulu Far East base camp (4950m-3 Hrs.); camping.
Day 10-11:Climb to High camp; and summit Chulu Far East (6059m), back to BC; camping.
Day 12:Contingency day in Base Camp for weather, and camping.
Day 13:Trek from BC to khangsar Village teahouse.
Day 14: Trek from Khangsar Village to Tilicho Base Camp 4 hours and 4150 meters (13,610 feet).
Day 15: Morning plan includes a visit to Tilicho Lake and a 7/8 hour trek to Siri Kharka, which is 4050 meter (13287 feet).
Day 16: Trek from Siri Kharka to Ledar, 4125 meter (13533 feet) 4/5 hours
Day 17: Trek from Ledar to Thorang Phedi 4450 meter (14599 feet) 4/5 hrs.
Day 18: Trek from Thorong Phedi- Cross Thorang-La 5,416 m (17769 feet) then trek to Muktinath 3,800 meter (12467 feet) 8/9hrs.
Day 19:Trek from Muktinath- Kagbeni 2,804 meter (9199 feet) to Jomsom, 2,710 m (8,891 feet) 6 hrs
Day 20: Morning Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara 900 meter (2,952 feet), 20 minutes.
Day 21: Free day in Pokhara..
Day 21: Drive or Fly back to Kathmandu and relax day,
Day 22: Departure
The Cost USD 3,050 per person
Cost Include
- All arrival and departure transfers to and from Airports.
- Assistance at the airports
- Necessary surface transport as per itinerary.
- 3 nights hotel accommodations in Kathmandu on BB Plan.
- 1-night hotel accommodation in Pokhara on BB plan.
- Experienced trekking guide (s) and 1:1 porter (s) during the trekking carrying 30kg maximum weight.
- Experienced and certified peak climbing Sherpa for Chulu peak.
- Surface transportation for Kathmandu-Besishahar-Dharapani and VV or Pokhara to Kathmandu.
- Jomsom-Pokhara flight tickets to all members and guide and surface to the porter (s).
- Base camp camping equipment like camp furniture, kitchenware, tents, etc.
- 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) and sharing teahouse accommodation during the trekking.
- 3 meals a day (BLD with tea or coffee) and sharing tented camp accommodation during climbing at BC.
- Necessary high altitude food for climbing members and Sherpa for high camps.
- Annapurna Conservation Area entry fees and TIMS (Trekkers’ Information management system) card.
- Climbing permit for Chulu East Peak from Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA).
- All wages, equipment, medical and accidental Insurance for the involved staffs.
- First Aid medical kits for the Group and the staffs.
- Required fixed and dynamic rope during the climbing period through climbing Sherpa.
- All necessary paper works and Government Taxes levied in Nepal.
- Complete pre-departure information, and flight ticket reconfirmation.
- Farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with a domestic culture show in Kathmandu.
Cost Excludes:
- Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara except for farewell dinner.
- Items of personal nature, like phone calls, Internet use and laundry expenses.
- Clothing, packing items or bags, personal medical kit, personal trekking gears.
- Any extra services or products or offers or activities that are not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any extra expenses arising out of various unforeseen situations.
- Any additional staff other than specified.
- Rescue, repatriation, medicines, medical tests and hospitalization expenses.
- International airfares, medical and travel insurance.
- Nepal entry visa fee (Visa issuance is easy at the arrival).
- Filming, Walkie-Talkie, satellite phone and Drone Camera filming permits.
- Tips, gifts, and souvenirs.
- Any other item not mentioned in the “Service Include” section.
