The COVID-19 pandemic is a global health and econmic crisis. Everyone of us is impacted in one way or another. New challenges and changes are emerging everyday which causes stress which may impact our wellbeing - both, short and long-term. How we cope these and what strategies we use determine if we become stronger and more resilient or if we suffer from long-term mental and physical health conditions.

These sessions will be used as an open forum for the community to talk about anything which YOU are needing feedback on for a REAL situation at work, in a project, at home or even about your next career move...... Basically any situation which you may have hit a cross roads with and need some guidance from the experience and insights of the PMM Community who are on the Zoom session.

We will also present to the community different interviews and presentations live with Special Guests including PMM Members and provide content on special interest topics too.
