• Certification tips when completing a land subdivision

As Director of Lateral Certification group, Richard and his team cater for all classes of buildings and structures, from small residential developments right through to large commercial projects. They pride themselves in providing logical, innovative and cost effective regulatory solutions. Some of their key Residential services include, New Dwellings, Renovations, Demolitions, Pools, Garages, Carports, and Retaining Walls.

This months Real Deal presenter will be Vanessa Kestelboim and was a Cosmetic Renovation project.

As her second ever deal, it was a 3 bed 1 bath house located in Geelong, Melbourne. The project took just 6 months to complete, including the time to purchase at the start, and settle at the end. With a smooth run throughout, the project achieved a fantastic profit with little hiccups along the way.

From her starting point of Cosmetic Renovations, Vanessa is now focused on getting into her first development project of a 1 into two lot subdivision...so be sure to watch this space!

As with all Real Deals though you will learn from the experience of others within the group as they present their own deals, and see what can go right and what can go wrong in their project, what profit they projected and then what profit they actually achieved.
