Kelsey Breseman is the Archiving Program Lead at the Environmental Data & Governance Initiative (envirodatagov.org), the premier accountability organization reporting on how the United States government presents (or fails to present) environmental data– best known for data rescue efforts following the 2016 elections. Connected with that work, she also hosts Data Together (datatogether.org), which envisions better futures for public ownership of data via open discussions for decentralized web technologists and data managers around civics and values embedded in technology design.
