Hi friends! I hope you'll try this video call via Jitsi as an experiment with me while we are physically distancing ourselves from each other. Intimacy > proximity! This is a non-lurk-friendly event, so please participate with your camera on. WHAT IS INTEGRATION? Integration is about bringing psychedelic information into our daily lives and creating meaning. Integration refers to the process by which the material accessed and insights gained in a psychedelic experience are incorporated over time into one’s life in a way that benefits the individual and their community. When we work together, the lifelong work of integration is enhanced. We foster a receptive, nonjudgmental atmosphere in which participants' agency and autonomy is fully respected. We welcome folks of all backgrounds to attend. PLEASE READ BEFORE JOINING: *Learning and information exchange naturally occurs, but integration circles exist to support the integration process. Please do not attend an integration circle exclusively to gain information. These events are not for the curious to interview those who have worked with altered states of consciousness. *While undeniably therapeutic, integration circles are not therapy. I have a degree in transpersonal psychology and I am a counseling psychology graduate student at the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have been trained to facilitate psycho-spiritual integration, recovery, and in synthesizing extreme, unusual, and altered states of consciousness.
