In this group we will explore different techniques; learning how to get in touch with your higher self. We’ll learn how to use meditation, tarot, spirit guides, angelic guides, animal totems, dreams, aura colors, chakras, energy healing, and working with Reiki Masters and spiritual teachers to develop or attain a higher spiritual plan.
We will learn how to let go of our fears, anger and apprehensions. We'll also learn specific ways to stop being so hard on ourselves when we are going through hard times. Through guided meditation, we will learn how to work with body, mind, and spirit.
