Looking for questions for Scott Heiferman's talk to Publishing Point. He's the founder of Meetup.

I was wondering if he could talk about how publishers could use Meetup in such a way where the groups/members involved don't feel like they're being "sold to"? How do we create a community around certain books or genres where people don't feel like they are being pressured to buy something that the publisher is talking to them about?

Also, is it possible for publishers to approach Meetup groups specifically geared towards books with offers to provide them with free/discounted books in the way that's been done with book groups in the past---if so, how would he propose going about doing that?
