Its all about lost art of Body Weight Exercises Like Push-ups, Squats, Pull-ups, Handstand Push-ups, Hill Sprints ad more. Main purpose of this group is to get healthy and fit without any equipment(Only pull-up bar). And to challenge one self to take strength, flexibility (suppleness) and Stamina (Endurance) to next level, only with Body weight. No need to spend thousands on fancy gym ( which gives more injury than health and fitness). No time to waste on stupid treadmill to reduce fat, it can be done by BW (Body Weight) exercise in less time. No need to jog miles and miles ( which in long run bad for your knees), instead it can be replace with Hill sprints in few meters. I started this group because to meet other BW excercise enthusiasts. Looking forward to exploring the BW excercises with everybody.”
